The residential market in Exeter has continued to be hot over the last 72 days as we have seen 8 firm sales and two that are currently conditionally sold. The properties have sold in a range from $75,000 for a mobile trailer on leased land to $405,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath brick 2.5 storey home.
With three of these eight sales sold over asking price, it shows a well priced home (with an accurate market valuation) can attract multiple potential buyers and get you top dollar for your home.
Active Listings & Price Reductions
There are currently 11 active listings in Exeter ranging from $154,900 to $674,900—giving variety for potential buyers with different budgets. However, the majority of these have been on the market for a while, with several already seeing price reductions. This shows the importance of pricing—these houses have lost momentum from being overpriced.
